Space Plague – Phase 2 – Co-Design with Lewisham Homes residents

Space Plague Phase 1 at Bradford was both successful as an experience in itself, and as the building block prototype for the next Phases. Space Plague – Phase 1 – Bradford

The Phase 1 live prototype, at Bradford 19th-21st of July, was a great success. Creating a fully formed, fully immersive experience, while testing the storyline, various activities and experiences with a live public audience (target range 7-12 and their families) and collaborative delivery team. Space Plague – HTGFS Year 6 Co-Design

SMASHfestUK ‘Space Plague’ Phase 1 Co-Creation workshops with 60 Year 5 pupils and teachers from Haberdashers Temple Grove Free School, New Cross, South London and students and staff from Middlesex University Product Design, Engineering and Creative Technology, and University of Greenwich Film and TV. Space Plague – new project

‘Space Plague’, is SMASHfestUK’s new phased co-designed experience programme. It will explore Immersive Narrative Embodiment effects amongst communities underserved by STEM and Arts informal education and underrepresented in STEM and Arts education and careers. Transport for London Apprentices!

We’re very excited to announce that this year we have got over 30 Transport for London apprentices joining us at SMASHfestUK! These budding apprentices will help us to showcase engineering as a part of our festival. We will have them with us all week during half term and there won’t be a dull moment!
